The Condenser, rated at 48K BTU, boasts impressive energy efficiency with a 20.5 SEER rating, making it eligible for significant savings through energy or tax rebates. It also performs reliably in extreme temperatures, capable of heating even when temperatures drop to -5°F. Additionally, it comes with a 7-year compressor and 5-year parts warranty, with an option for a lifetime warranty on the compressor through registration in the MRCOOL Care Program.
