Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order as soon as possible. This indicates that we (Lusso Home Designs) have received your order.
Our fulfillment process commences upon receiving your order, ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times for delivery span 5-8 business days.
For same-day processing, customers need to submit their orders before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day. Orders made after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed on the following Monday once business hours start at 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Shipping Charges:
Our standard shipping is always free on all orders with no hidden fees.
Order Shipment:
Tracking information will be sent to the customer's provided email address during checkout within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. Regardless of the shipping carrier, a clickable link will be attached to the email. Upon clicking the link, the customer will be brought to the shipping carrier's website, where the tracking number is automatically inputted into the "track" section of the shipping provider's website. The customer will then be able to see and track their order. Customers can use the clickable link on the email as many times as they would like during transit to track the progress of their order. If the customer hasn't received tracking information within six business days, the customer is encouraged to contact us at support@lussohomedesigns.com so we can sort out any issues.
We do not ship outside of the United States. Our shipping services are provided to the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
Items That Are Lost or Damaged:
Customers must inspect their order within 24 hours of it being shipped.
In the unexpected event of an item being damaged during shipping, the customer must follow the following instructions within the 24-hour time frame post-delivery:
- Take pictures of the damage at hand.
- Send the pictures displaying the damage, along with details about the damage, to support@lussohomedesigns.com.
- Provide Lusso Home Designs with the preference of whether the customer would like to have the item exchanged for a non-damaged version of the product or returned for a refund.
- Lusso Home Designs will then respond by providing the customer with a shipping label (via email) to return the product. The customer must use this shipping label to return the product in its original packaging.
Please notify Lusso Home Designs immediately if it is believed that any order is lost in transit. Lusso Home Designs will communicate with the shipping provider on the customer's behalf to resolve any shipping issues. If the shipping company determines that the order is "lost," Lusso Home Designs will immediately arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer.
Cancelling your order (before it gets shipped):
If you need to cancel your order, contact Lusso Home Designs promptly for a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse. Cancellation of Custom-Made Items:
Custom-made items cannot be canceled or refunded as they are produced specifically for the customer's order.
All sales are final for custom-made products.
Shipping Delays:
Delays rarely happen, but in the event of a shipping delay, Lusso Home Designs appreciates your understanding. If the customer's order is delayed, we ask for additional 2 days before contacting our customer service. Additionally, if the customer's order is delayed and has not left the warehouse, they can request a full refund. If the customer's order has departed the warehouse and is delayed in transit, the customer is still responsible for a 25% restocking fee if a return is requested by the customer (assuming the product is not defective).
