1. How long will I wait to receive my order?
Typically, it takes our company 1-2 business days to process incoming orders. After the processing time has been completed and the order has dispatched, its estimated to take 5-8 business days to arrive to the customer. 2. What happens if my order gets delayed?
Although the likelihood of a delay happening is low, in the event of a delay one of our representatives will provide daily updates to the customer via email so the customer is informed on the current situation and ETA of the order.
3. What if I want to return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of the customer receiving their order. For further info, please review our refund & return policy.
4. Is there a restocking fee for returns?
In case of return, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Is it possible to call Lusso Home Designs to submit an order?
No, we do not accept orders to be submitted over the phone. We ask all customers to submit their order on our website to ensure the correct product/model is sent to the customer.
