Lusso Home Designs aims to provide an easy and comfortable return and refund policy for our customers. You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped, with exceptions for custom-made items (further details below).

Cancelling your order (before it gets shipped): If you need to cancel your order, contact Lusso Home Designs promptly for a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse. Get in touch with Lusso Home Designs during business hours by calling us at +1 305-686-8171, messaging us through our live chat feature (on the bottom right-hand side of our website), or emailing us at support@lussohomedesigns.com.

Cancellation of Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items cannot be canceled or refunded as they are produced specifically for the customer's order. 

All sales are final for custom-made products.

Returns: Product exchanges are possible, with customers covering shipping costs. For outright returns, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs apply (paid for by the customer) due to current nationwide shipping expenses. Returns can be initiated within 30 days of the item's shipment.

Shipping Times: Upon receiving the customer's order, Lusso Home Designs will commence the shipping process within 1-2 business days. The order is then anticipated to be delivered within 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Delays: Delays rarely happen, but in the event of a shipping delay, Lusso Home Designs appreciates your understanding. If the customer's order is delayed and has not left the warehouse, they can request a full refund. If the customer's order has departed the warehouse and is delayed in transit, the customer is still responsible for a 25% restocking fee if a return is requested by the customer (assuming the product is not defective). 

Refunds: All refunds will be processed within 15 days of Lusso Home Designs receiving the returned product, and funds will be issued to the original credit card.

Standard Returns: The item is not defective. The order is no longer wanted by the customer, was bought by mistake, the customer realized they ordered the wrong size, 24 hours have passed since the order was delivered, and the customer has not notified Lusso Home Designs of any issues, etc. Please read the provided expectations below. This agreement is made with the intent that it will enable Lusso Home Designs to give the best possible customer service and allow customers a stress-free buying experience.

• The customer is expected to inspect the package within 24 hours of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Products must be returned unopened and unused. Used and opened products that function properly will not be accepted for return or refund.
• Once an order that functions properly has shipped or departed from the warehouse, a full refund is not possible.
• The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee on the purchase price.

Damaged Items During Shipping: Customers must inspect their order within 24 hours of being shipped.

In the unexpected event of an item being damaged during shipping, the customer must follow the following instructions within the 24-hour time frame post-delivery: 

1. Take pictures of the damage at hand.
2. Send the pictures displaying the damage, along with details about the damage, to support@lussohomedesigns.com.
3. Provide Lusso Home Designs with the preference of whether the customer would like to have the item exchanged for a non-damaged version of the item or returned for a full refund. 
4. Lusso Home Designs will then provide the customer with a shipping label (via email) to return the product. The customer must use this shipping label to return the product in its original packaging. Lusso Home Designs is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Incorrect Product Received: In the improbable situation of the customer receiving the wrong product, Lusso Home Designs will replace the incorrect product with the correct product at no cost to the customer. The customer must notify Lusso Home Designs within 24 hours of the order's delivery that they have received the incorrect product via email at support@lussohomedesigns.com or by phone at +1 305-686-8171. Lusso Home Designs will provide the customer with a return shipping label via email). Once the product has been shipped and received by Lusso Home Designs, the correct product will be sent to the customer. If the customer fails to notify Lusso Home Designs that they have received the incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery, the customer is responsible for paying a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping.  

Warranty: Warranties vary; see the warranty page provided in the footer menu of the site for all brands Lusso Home Designs carries. 

Lost Items: Please notify Lusso Home Designs immediately if it is believed that any order is lost in transit. Lusso Home Designs will communicate with the shipping provider on the customer's behalf to resolve any shipping issues. If the shipping company determines that the order is "lost," Lusso Home Designs will immediately arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer.

Chargebacks: Contact us for issue resolution; filing a fraudulent chargeback is considered theft. We are committed to providing fair resolutions.
