In the event of a warranty claim needing to take place, Lusso Home Designs will advocate for you by pre-processing your warranty claim. Please contact us at Support@lussohomedesigns.com with details of the issue along with pictures so we can assist you.

ACiQ

All ACiQ branded systems have a standard limited warranty of a 5 years parts and 7 year compressor warranty from the date of purchase. If registered within 90 days of a residential installation, ACiQ systems will be upgraded to an extended warranty consisting of a 7 year parts and 12 year compressor warranty from the date of initial installation for the original registrant. If at any time the equipment transitions to another owner for any reason or is installed in a commercial or residential setting, the equipment has the original 5 years parts and 7 year compressor warranty. The warranty will be upheld when the unit has a system failure that has been deemed a factory defect that has been authorized by a factory-authorized, EPA-certified contractor and the diagnosis is approved by ACiQ. 

Amantii

ELECTRIC FIREPLACE WARRANTY

FOR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AFTER JANUARY 1, 2016

Amantii Imports Corp. (“Amantii”) provides a warranty for your newly purchased Amantii electric fireplace, free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of the first purchase. This warranty is subject to conditions and limitations outlined below.

WARRANTY APPLICATION & EXCLUSIONS

This limited warranty applies to your newly purchased Amantii electric fireplace, limited to purchases made in any province of Canada or in any of the 50 States of the United States of America, including the District of Columbia. Only the original purchaser is eligible for coverage under this limited warranty, and it is not transferable.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

For units out of warranty, replacement parts must be purchased, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping. Under warranty, there is no charge for parts or shipping. Parts will be shipped via standard mail service or added to future orders if timely. The Amantii warranty does not cover labor charges. The Amantii Warranty Form must be completed and returned.

PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

LED lights are not covered by this limited warranty and are the sole responsibility of the owner/purchaser.

WARRANTY COVERAGE AND TERM

Products covered by this limited warranty have been tested and inspected before shipment. Amantii warrants such products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. The limited two (2) year warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law. Products covered by this limited warranty have been tested and inspected before shipment. Amantii warrants such products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of the first purchase. The limited five (5) year warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to the purchaser. All other warranties—expressed or implied—with respect to the product, its components, and accessories or any obligations/liabilities on the part of Amantii are hereby expressly excluded.

LIMITATIONS TO COVERAGE UNDER LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired, except by Amantii or its authorized service representatives, or otherwise altered. This limited warranty further does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, incorrect installation, improper maintenance or handling, or operation with an incorrect power source. Products made by other manufacturers, sold with the product or thereafter, are not covered by this limited warranty. The use of unauthorized components will render this warranty null and void.

PANORAMA OUTDOOR UNITS

All Panorama units installed outdoors or in moisture intense conditions must use the stainless steel cover. Proof of purchase of the cover is required for any warranty claims.

SERVICE UNDER LIMITED WARRANTY

Defects must be reported. Please have your proof of purchase, catalogue/model, and serial numbers available. Any and all service under the limited warranty requires proof of purchase of the product.

DEFECTS

Should a product or part covered by this limited warranty be proven to be defective, in material or workmanship, and during the two (2) year limited warranty period, Amantii will replace such defective product or part without charge. If Amantii is unable to replace such a product, or if replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely done, in its sole discretion Amantii may, in lieu of replacement, choose to refund the purchase price for such a product or part.

Limited Product Warranty - Security Safes & Electronic Products

Who May Enforce the Warranty: This warranty is only enforceable by the original purchaser.

What Is Covered: This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship. At our sole discretion, American Security will repair or replace products covered by this warranty. However, the warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from: a. Accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, failure to perform normal maintenance, or failure to follow instructions labeled on or provided in the safe. b. Any damage from shipment. c. Repair or attempted repair by anyone other than a pre-authorized American Security service dealer.
  2. Any unit that has been altered or has a defaced, modified, or removed serial number.
  3. Any unit whose combination lock has been changed without factory authorization.
  4. Normal wear, battery replacement, or periodic maintenance.

Geographic Limitation: This warranty only applies to American Security products located in the United States and Canada. For American Security products located outside the United States and Canada, the warranty covers only parts and not labor.

Exclusions of Damages: American Security’s liability for any defective products is limited to repair or replacement of the product. Under no circumstances shall American Security be held liable for damages caused by inconvenience, loss of use, damage or loss of contents, or any other damages, whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise.

Effective for products shipped after April 1, 2019.

Arteflame

Warranty Statement:

Arteflame guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase by the original customer. This warranty is applicable exclusively to private use and does not extend to commercial use. Any usage of our products in a commercial setting will result in the warranty being voided.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. To initiate a warranty claim, all items must be returned to the Arteflame factory following the provided instructions and obtaining a return authorization. Shipping to Arteflame and the return of items to the customer are not covered by the warranty and are the sole responsibility of the customer..

You are responsible for shipping your return item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. On all items where shipping was prepaid or included, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Any shipping cost incurred by Arteflame will be deducted from your refund.

Astra

Astra offers its Customers a 1-year labor warranty (within the U.S.) and a 2-year parts warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship. For all grinders, Astra offers a 1-year warranty (within the U.S.). Parts and accessories (sold separately) have a 90-day warranty.

Austin Air

30-day money back guarantee, a 5-year parts and labor guarantee and a 5-year pro-rated filter guarantee. Once you experience clean air, you will agree, Austin Air products are superior to others on the market.

Avteq

AVTEQ warrants its products to be free from paint and structural defects including welding points and drawer slides for the lifetime of the product.

BBO Poker Tables

All BBO Poker Tables products are protected by a lifetime warranty on all non- consumable parts, including structural and hardware integrity. The lifetime warranty excludes consumable materials such as foam, layouts and armrests, which are subject to normal wear and tear.

Bentwood

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

11.1 Wrong Deliveries, Defective Products, and Defects: In the event of wrong deliveries or the delivery of defective products, or defects resulting from false commissioning, operation, or maintenance instructions, BENTWOOD, at its discretion and cost, allows the customer to request repair or replacement. The chosen remedy by BENTWOOD should not unduly burden the customer. Replaced products or parts shall become the property of BENTWOOD upon request.

11.2 Warranty for Products Manufactured to Specifications: For products manufactured to specifications, drawings, or patterns supplied by the customer, BENTWOOD's warranty is limited to proper materials and workmanship.

11.3 Right to Rescind or Demand Reduction: The customer has the right to rescind the contract or demand a reduction of the price if:

  • Repair or replacement of the defective product is impossible.
  • BENTWOOD refuses the repair or replacement, or if, for reasons attributable to BENTWOOD, the repair or replacement is delayed.

11.4 Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not apply to defects or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper storage and maintenance, failure to observe commissioning or operating instructions, overstressing or overloading, unsuitable operating media, improper repairs or alterations by the customer or third parties, use of non-original spare parts, or other reasons beyond BENTWOOD's control.

11.5 Warranty Period: No action or claim may be brought by the customer for any alleged breach of warranty or other obligation or liability of BENTWOOD after twelve (12) months from the receipt of the products by the end user or at the latest within eighteen (18) months from the receipt of the products by BENTWOOD. The warranty for repaired or replaced parts or products expires six (6) months from the date of replacement or repair, but no later than the expiry of the original warranty period for the product. Longer statutes of limitation under mandatory law are reserved.

Best Quality Furniture

If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by Limited Warranties, please contact Lusso Home Designs. The original bill of sale and the product serial number are necessary for the fulfillment of the warranty. If necessary, Lusso Home Designs will contact BQF to establish service. Best Quality Furniture, Inc. will authorize Lusso Home Designs to handle the service issue in the most efficient and cost effective way. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.

Your five year Warranty begins the day your furniture is received and is not transferable to any other person or entity. The terms of this warranty may change without notice, but will never be modified in such a way that eliminates customer protection for manufacturer's defects.

BLUETTI warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser, For the product of portable power station, the warranty period varies from 24 months to 72 months.

PRODUCTS COVERED

This warranty covers the new Buck Stove heating unit, including optional and standard accessories, for as long as it is owned by the original purchaser. The coverage is subject to terms, limitations, and conditions outlined in this warranty.

PRODUCTS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Glass
  • Refractory Material
  • Firebrick
  • Gaskets

It also does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse or improper installation of the covered products.

WARRANTY TIME PERIODS

Period I For one (1) year from the date of purchase, NBC will replace or repair, at its option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. The costs of parts are included, but the customer pays any labor or transportation charges required.

Period II For the period after the first year and extending for five (5) years, NBC will repair or replace, at its option, any part defective in materials or workmanship (excluding specified items). The costs of parts are included, and the customer pays any labor or transportation charges required.

PROCEDURE

If you believe your Buck Stove is defective, contact any Buck Stove dealer for the nearest authorized service representative. The representative will guide you on the proper procedure based on the applicable warranty time period.

CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Replacement of parts may be new or fully reconditioned, at NBC's option. There is no other express warranty, and implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty.

NBC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states may not allow the exclusion of such damages.

All warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Buck Stove service representative. Unauthorized repairs are not covered and may lead to additional non-warranty malfunctions.

OTHER RIGHTS

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state.

This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Floatation Pod Series”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product. Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use. The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dream Water Ltd. Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Pro) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of THREE (3) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Pentair Residential Filtration, LLC - Limited Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage Period:

  • Water filtration systems, excluding cartridges: 1 year
  • Reverse osmosis systems, excluding cartridges: 1 year from the date of manufacture
  • Filter and water treatment cartridges: 1 year
  • Exubera and Helia water appliances, excluding cartridges: 2 years
  • Solaria water appliance, purchased after 6/1/13: 1 year
  • Polaria appliance:
    • 1 year for electrical components and water system
    • 5 years for refrigeration system
  • Filtration faucets with coated finish: 3 years
  • Filtration faucets without coated finish: 5 years
  • Replacement parts: The remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer

Exclusions from Limited Warranty:

  1. Defects not reported within the applicable warranty period.
  2. Membrane fouling or scaling.
  3. Items manufactured by other companies, except if listed above.
  4. Problems resulting from failure to comply with installation, operation, or maintenance instructions.
  5. Alteration, modification, or attempted repair by any party other than us or an approved party in writing.
  6. Consumables and damage caused by friction, wear, chemical attack, or debris build-up on Consumables.
  7. Products or parts returned due to debris build-up, including plugged filters.
  8. Noncompliance with applicable codes and ordinances, misuse, misapplication, neglect, corrosive agents, and more.
  9. Cost of installation, labor, and trip charges.
  10. Systems installed or commissioned beyond the expiration date or operated without the specified pre-filter.

Warranty Obligations:

If a material defect in workmanship or materials becomes evident during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Issue a credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
  • Repair or replace the defective product or part.

Procedure for Obtaining Warranty Remedies:

  • Claims initiated with the dealer if not purchased directly.
  • Secondary customers submit claims with their direct suppliers.
  • Defective products or parts must be returned with proof of purchase.

No Other Warranties:

Pentair Residential Filtration, LLC disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied.

No Liability for Consequential Damages:

Not liable for damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, expenses, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Pentair Residential Filtration, LLC be liable for any damages beyond the amount paid for the product or part.

Five Star Scooters

For the period of one year, from the date of purchase from the Authorized Dealer, in the event of defective materials or workmanship 5 Star Mobility Scooters will repair or replace at our option any of the following components found to be defective by an authorized representative: Dash Assembly.

Forno

Forno offers a warranty of 2 years for any purchases of their appliances. 1st year, part and labor and 2nd year part only. We highly recommend to keep you proof of purchase and register your product for warranty.

Grape Solar

Grape Solar Limited Warranties are provided by Grape Solar, Inc. and cover defects in workmanship and materials.

These warranties last for a Warranty Period that varies by product from the date of purchase at point of sale to you, the original end user customer.

Grape Solar will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product free of charge, provided that you notify Grape Solar of the product defect within the Warranty Period for your product, and provided that Grape Solar through inspection establishes the existence of such a defect and that it is covered by the Limited Warranty.

Grape Solar will, at its option, use new and/or reconditioned parts in performing warranty repair and building replacement products. Grape Solar reserves the right to use parts or products of original or improved design in the repair or replacement. If Grape solar repairs or replaces a product, its warranty continues for the remaining portion of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from the date of the return shipment to the customer, whichever is greater. All replaced products and all parts removed from repaired products become the property of Grape Solar Inc.

Grape Solar will cover both parts and labor necessary to repair the product, while the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from Grape Solar for any warranty related services. Please contact Grape Solar customer service for details on freight policy for return shipments outside of the contiguous United States.

Proof of purchase may be in any one of the following forms:

    • Dated purchase receipt from the original purchase of the product at point of sale to the end user, or
    • Dated dealer invoice or purchase receipt showing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) status, or
    • Dated invoice or purchase receipt showing the product exchanged under warranty

Specific warranty period for certain product categories is as follows:

    • Warranty period of Off-Grid solar panels is listed on the spec sheet of each panel
    • Warranty period of Grid-Tied solar panels is listed on the spec sheet of each panel
    • Warranty period of all Off-Grid electronics, such as charge controllers, inverters, cables, and other accessories, is one year from purchase date.

Grape Solar Limited Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear of the product, or costs related to the removal, installation, and troubleshooting of the customer’s electrical systems. These warranties do not apply to listed items below:

    1. Item that has been misused, neglected, improperly installed, physically damaged or altered, either internally or externally, or damaged from improper use or use in an unsuitable environment
    2. Item that has been subjected to fire, water, generalized corrosion, biological infestations, or input voltage that creates operating conditions beyond the maximum or minimum limits listed in the Grape Solar product specifications including high input voltage from generators and lightning strikes
    3. Item that has been used as a component part of a product expressly warranted by another manufacturer;
    4. Item with its original identification (trade-mark, serial number) markings defaced, altered, or removed.

Mini-Split Warranty: 

MRCOOL distributor (hereinafter “Company”) warrants this product against failure due to defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows.

All warranty periods begin on the date of original installation. If the date cannot be verified, the warranty period begins one hundred twenty (120) days from date of manufacture. Ohio Flame

Lifetime Warranty on all registered steel fire bowls.  Because heavy gauge American steel is used to craft Ohio Flame fir bowls, there is a guarantee that the steel on your fire bowl will not rust through in your lifetime. Steel gauge thickness varies by size and model, but range from 3/16″ to 1/4″ thick. Natural steel finishes will develop a natural iron oxide patina over time. This patina will darken slightly over time. The patina process only occurs at the surface level, so your Ohio Flame fire bowl will not rust through, warp or rot out over time. (Lifetime Warranty applies to the structural integrity and durability of the steel bowl and welds. No warranty is offered on screens, grates, paint or finishes. Altering the product or using the fire bowl in any way other than intended will void the manufacturer’s warranty.)

The products manufactured by Renogy (the “Warrantor”) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. If any Renogy product(s) fail to follow this Limited Warranty and any and all power loss is determined by the Warrantor’s technical support team, then the Warrantor will either repair or replace the defective product(s) with a new or refurbished product(s). If for any reason Renogy is unable to repair or replace the defective product(s), then a refund can occur.

3. Exclusions and Limitations for Batteries

Without the involvement of the Warrantor in the system design and the express written authorization from the Warrantor, the battery is not intended for use as the primary or backup power source for life support systems or other medical equipment, or any use where battery failure could lead to injury to or loss of life or catastrophic property damage. Use in this manner is at the Purchaser’s own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Warrantor disclaims any and all liability arising out of any such use. Further, Warrantor reserves the right to refuse to service any battery used for these purposes and disclaims any and all liability arising out of Warrantor’s refusal to service.

The warranty does not cover failures and damages that result from normal wear and tear, improper installation, operation, and storage, insufficient ventilation, inadequate maintenance, incorrect handling and transportation, unauthorized repair, modifications, conversions and additions, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, and neglect, contamination with hazardous substances, radiation, and water (unless stated otherwise by the Warrantor to be waterproof), unusual electrical stress including power surges, uncontrolled voltages and currents, excessive or deficient energy supply, system harmonics, and lighting, exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and force majeure including fires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, severe weather, wars, and acts of terrorism.

For further clarity, the warranty is void in the following cases:

  • The battery operates outside the temperature range as set forth in the user manual and/or datasheet.
  • The battery bank is configured with mixed makes and/or

SaunaLife

SAUNA LIFE SAUNA LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Sauna Life extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any Sauna Life sauna purchased from one of its authorized resellers.

LIMITED LIFETIME SAUNA WARRANTY

Sauna Life warrants that the Sauna Life sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original retail purchaser. This warranty is limited to making good any factory-assembled component deemed defective in workmanship by Sauna Life. The warranty does not cover normal material wear, natural weathering of the lumber, or installation or delivery of components and applies only to the original retail purchaser.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE

For any warranty service, Sauna Life reserves the right to choose, at its option, repair of the problem or a replacement of the defective part. Sauna Life reserves the right to substitute a part or component of equivalent value, either new or factory reconditioned, and any such repair or replacement shall assume as its warranty only the remaining portion of the warranty on the original product. In the event Sauna Life chooses to repair any malfunction or defect covered by this warranty, a return authorization will be issued, and the component will be returned prepaid freight to Sauna Life for repair of the defect. Sauna Life will then ship the component back to the original retail purchaser upon completion of the repair. Prior to any return, contact Sauna Life at:

for packaging and shipping instructions and a return authorization number. In addition, Sauna Life will require photographs of any defect and reserves the right to inspect or designate an agent to inspect any part that is claimed to be defective and covered by this warranty. Labor charges and related expenses for removal, installation, or replacement of the sauna or its components are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or changes to individual pieces of lumber due to natural aging and weathering are not covered. Sauna heaters and added components are not covered by this warranty.

ACTS INVALIDATING WARRANTY

This warranty is void if the Sauna Life sauna has been subject to alteration, misuse, or abuse, commercial use, or if any repairs on the sauna are attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of Sauna Life. Alteration shall include, but is not limited to, deviation from the original assembly instructions, component change, or the addition of any non-approved device or heating system, which contributes to a component or unit failure, or unsafe operating system. Use of the sauna in an application for which it is not designed will void this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by operation above safe sauna operating temperatures, damage caused by added components, damage to the sauna’s surface caused by harsh chemicals, damage caused by the movement of the product, and damage caused by acts of God.

 

Scandia

Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty and are mentioned on their packaging or in their documentation. We do not provide any warranty over and above the manufacturer's warranty.

Sierra Flame

Your Sierra Flame gas fireplace is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This covers: combustion chambers, heat exchangers and burners as well as stainless steel parts against tarnishing.

SmarterHome

SmarterHome Limited Warranty

SmarterHome offers to the original purchaser a one-year limited warranty on all products from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect in a product or any component thereof appears at any time during the warranty period, SmarterHome (or its licensed distributor) will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product or the defective component with new or refurbished products or components having an equal or greater value and/or performance characteristics. As part of the warranty process, SmarterHome may require a valid proof of purchase. Any product or component that is replaced or repaired will be covered for the remaining warranty period or three months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.  

Who is Covered

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

What is Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship that cause the product to not function as advertised, subject to the limitations set out herein.

This warranty applies only to products when used for personal home applications. Different warranty periods and terms apply for commercial applications.  

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any product that fails due to:

  • Abuse
  • Accident
  • Alterations
  • Damage from pets/insects
  • Exposure to salt air
  • Extraordinary use
  • Improper cleaning
  • Improper handling
  • Improper measurements
  • Improper installation
  • Improper operation
  • Improper maintenance
  • Misapplication
  • Outdoor use
  • Product or device misuse

Any product that, with the passage of time, exhibits:

  • Loss of color intensity (including, but not limited to fabric, plastic parts, faux wood parts, and metals)
  • Yellowing or cracking of plastic parts or faux wood products

Costs associated with:

  • Transportation to and from retailer
  • Product removal
  • Product remeasure
  • Product reinstallation
  • Shipping defective products to SmarterHome for making a claim under this warranty.

In the event there are multiple similar products such as blinds, shades or lifters in the same room, only the defective product will be replaced.  

SmarterHome does not guarantee that replacement products or components will be compatible with older discontinued products or apps, and it will not have any responsibility for integration of replacement products with any non-defective components, systems, or products or for repairing or replacing non-defective related components, systems, or products.

SmarterHome products are intended only for indoor use. SmarterHome does not warrant its products for outdoor use, and any such use voids the warranty.  

Warranty Remedy 

THIS SHALL BE YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

If a SmarterHome product or component is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will (at our discretion) do one of the following:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product component with a new or refurbished product or component of equal or greater value and/or performance
  • Refund the original purchase price of the product or component

Colors vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatch or previous purchases. Discontinued items or color selections will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product.

Where and How to Obtain Warranty Service  

For all warranty claims it is the responsibility of the customer (at their cost) to return the defective product, along with all original cords, hardware, batteries and any other accessories to SmarterHome. Along with the warrantied item, the shipment must also include a copy of the receipt showing date of purchase and a description of the defect. The product and other required information must be received prior to the expiration of the warranty period. 

Limitation of Liability

THE SOLE REMEDIES AFFORDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR, IF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS NOT COMMERCIALLY PRACTICABLE OR CANNOT BE TIMELY MADE, A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. SMARTERHOME WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY SMARTERHOME PRODUCT. (SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.)  

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

All SnapSafe lock boxes, safes, and accessories are warranted against material defects and workmanship for the life of the product. Simply stated – if it breaks, it will be repaired or replaced it at no charge

Sports Afield

Safes:

SA Consumer Products, Inc. will repair or replace, at their sole discretion, any Sports Afield gun safe damaged by fire, forced entry, forced attack or natural flood for the lifetime of the original owner.

SA Consumer Products, Inc. will repair or replace, at their sole discretion, any Sports Afield gun safe with defective parts, paint or lock for the lifetime of the original owner.

If SA Consumer Products, Inc. deems a replacement safe is to be sent, they will pay the freight costs to ship the replacement safe to the original owner.

This lifetime warranty is limited to the safe and expressly excludes any loss associated with the contents of the safe.

SA Consumer Products, Inc. reserves the right to receive full evidence of your misfortune, such as a police report and/or homeowner’s statement of coverage. This warranty is not valid outside of the United States and Canada.

Proof of registration and copy of sales receipt must be on file at the time of claim. 

Lifetime warranty only applies to the original owner of the safe.

SA Consumer Products, Inc. shall only be responsible and liable when the safe is used in compliance with the directions specified in your new Sports Afield Safe Owner’s Manual.

Failing to secure your safe properly to the floor per instructions in the Users Manual will void the Warranty of the Safe.

Unistellar products come with a 2-year warranty that starts from the shipping date which is also the invoice date. This also applies to second-hand purchases. The original package should be kept.

Valencia Theater Seating

Pro-rated warranties reference the cost of parts covered by Valencia Theater Seating in the event of a claim.

On a three (3) year pro-rated warranty, Valencia Theater Seating will cover:

  • Year one (1): 100% of the cost of parts including fabric and labor.
  • Year two (2): 60% of the cost of parts* only.
  • Year three (3): 30% of the cost of parts* only.

From year two (2) to year three (3), the original retail consumer will be responsible to pay the balance of the cost.

On a three (3) year pro-rated warranty, Valencia Theater Seating will cover:

  • Year one (1): 100% of the cost of parts including fabric and labor.
  • Year two (2): 50% of the cost of parts* only.

*Parts include leather, foam, frame, and electrical, but exclude fabric and labor.

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.
  • Products purchased "AS IS," second-hand, or as Final Sale.
  • Products purchased from distressed or liquidation sales.
  • Products deemed misused, mishandled, altered, abused.
  • Any external warranty plan or product sold by the retailer as extra protection warranty.
  • Any condition resulting from unusual usage.
  • Inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.

For this five (5) year pro-rated warranty, Valencia will cover:

  • 100% of the cost of parts and labor in year one (1).
  • 80% of the cost of parts only in year two (2).

  • 40% of the cost of parts only in year four (4).
  • 20% of the cost of parts only in year five (5).

In each case, with the exception of the first year, the original consumer will be responsible to pay the balance of the cost of parts.

For this five (5) year pro-rated warranty, Valencia will cover:

  • 100% of the cost of parts and labor in year one (1).

Cover Material

The Valencia Theater Seating warranty does not cover any damages due to improper use, excessive soiling, dye transfer from clothing to cover, pet damage, improper or unapproved cleaning methods (see Product Care for details), chemical treatments, exposure to direct sunlight or color fading. These instances will void the warranty.

Leather - Three (3) year pro-rated warranty

The Valencia Theater Seating warranty covers against seam slippage, tearing, splitting, cracking, and dye transfers from the product. Leather is a natural material, and, as such, each hide reflects its own characteristics. On average, four to five hides are used on most Valencia Theater Seating chairs. Variations in shade, grain, texture, patterns of original hair follicles, healed scars, brands, neck growth marks, nicks, scratches, and wrinkles are a characteristic of leather and are not considered defects.

Bonded Leather, Vinyl, Leather match, Polyurethane - One (1) year warranty

The Valencia Theater Seating warranty covers all bonded, vinyl, leather match, and polyurethane materials against splitting, cracking, and peeling.

Bonded leather is a term used for an upholstery material made as a layered structure with a center core fabric (usually polyester) for strength, a backing layer of shredded leather fibers, and a polyurethane coating on the top that is embossed with a leather-like texture. It is NOT genuine leather. It does not have the same properties as leather and should not be represented as such.

Leather Match is a term used to describe an upholstered product where a portion of the product is real leather, but the back, sides, or less visible parts are an artificial material, usually vinyl, matched to look like leather.

Seat Cushion Foam and Fiber-filled Components – Three (3) year pro-rated warranty

Seat cushions are warranted against collapsing. All cushions will soften with use and will conform to the shape of the user. This softening is considered normal wear and is in no way considered a manufacturer’s defect. Fiber-filled seat cushion tops, backs, and arms will flatten with prolonged use. This is inherent to the design of fiber-filled and fiber-wrapped products. Regular fluffing will prevent internal fibers from matting and help to prolong the vibrancy of these products.

Electronic Components – One (1) year warranty

Electronics are warranted against manufacturing defects. Valencia Theater Seating will not be responsible for any transportation costs in any of its warranty obligations. Valencia Theater Seating will opt to send replacement parts or replace the entire product; this is done at the sole discretion of Valencia Theater Seating. The term “defect” as it is used in this warranty is defined as a flaw or deficiency that affects the intended use for which the product was manufactured. The Valencia Theater Seating warranty provides coverage to the original retail consumer only where the purchase has been made from an authorized retailer of Valencia Theater Seating and therefore is non-transferable to any second or third party.

Cinema Series – Two (2) Year Pro-rated Warranty

Winchester

Granite Security Products, Inc. Safe Warranty

Safes manufactured by Granite Security Products, Inc. (GSP) are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, commencing from the purchase date, against defects in materials and workmanship. The mechanical or electronic lock is covered against defects for a period of two (2) years from the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required for service.

GSP, at its discretion, may open or repair a damaged safe on location, provided it is within 100 miles of a skilled safe technician. If the safe is damaged to the extent that normal opening is not possible, GSP will have the safe opened by a skilled safe technician to retrieve the owner’s belongings. The maximum expense for repair or safe opening is limited to $300.00 USD.

This warranty does not cover neglect, misuse, or abuse. It also excludes damage caused by tampering with or altering any part of the product (including, but not limited to, removing the safe door). Consumables such as batteries for the electronic lock are not covered. The safe must not be housed in an enclosed swimming pool area. It should be located in a climate-controlled area and installed as per the instructions in the Owner’s Manual.

The warranty on a Winchester Safe applies to a product that is considered new, undamaged, and in the exact condition as when it left our factory. Structural damage due to freight or dropping that could compromise fire protection and/or security is not covered. In cases where a product is deemed to have an invalid warranty, we will provide parts at a cost.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is transferable, for a fee, to subsequent purchasers or owners with prior written consent from GSP.

Exclusions to this warranty include safes used in a commercial or industrial environment, water damage of any kind, paint finish, and loss or damage to personal property inside the safe.

GSP provides this warranty in place of all other warranties and assurances, whether expressed or implied. GSP accepts no liability for incidental or consequential damage or loss by anyone as a result of using this safe.
