This 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat your home, office or more. You'll be sent: 48K BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 12K and 18K BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers and a remote, lineset, communication wire for each air handler. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without hiring an expensive HVAC technician or the need to use expensive, specialized equipment.

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 48K BTU Rating of the Condenser.
Condenser 48K BTU:
