This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers, and three Remotes. The best part is that you can install it yourself!

Package Includes:

  • MRCOOL DIY Multi Zone 5-Zone 48K BTU Condenser, 4th Gen Series: DIY-MULTI5-48HP230C
  • MRCOOL DIY Series 18K BTU Ceiling Cassette: DIYCASSETTE18HP-230C25 (x3)

Note: If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. The combined BTU output of the air handlers will never exceed the 48K BTU rating of the condenser.

  • Energy Efficient: This 5-zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 20.5 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments: Capable of delivering heating performance even when temperatures drop to 5°F.

  • Large Coverage Area: Each handler covers an area up to 750 sq. ft.
  • Versatile: Equipped with multiple operating modes, including COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
  • Out of Sight Design: This unit offers low-profile installation for out-of-sight heating and cooling.
  • Worry-Free Installation: Easily installed between all types of joists on 16" centers, including pre-manufactured I-joists.
  • Easy Air Filter Access: By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance
