  • 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler
  • 36,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler
  • Two Remotes
  • Two 35 ft. Installation Kits

Condenser:

  • Energy Efficient: Achieves a 20.5 SEER efficiency rating when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers.
  • All-Weather Operation: Functions in temperatures as low as 5°F.
  • Lifetime Warranty: The only condenser with a limited lifetime compressor warranty through the MRCOOL Care Program.

Air Handler, 18K BTU (Quantity: 1):

  • Coverage Area: Up to 750 sq. ft.
  • Versatile Modes: COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
  • Smart Control: Can be controlled via Apple or Android smartphones using the Smart HVAC app.
