The package includes a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, four 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handlers, four Remotes, and four 35 ft. Installation Kits. The best part is that you can install it yourself!

  • MRCOOL DIY 4th Generation 12K BTU Wall Mount Air Handler 230 Volt with Enhanced WiFi, DIY-12-HP-WMAH-230C25 (x4)
  • MRCOOL DIY 35ft 1/4 x 1/2 Lineset for DIY 9K, 12K & 18K Indoor, 4th Generation, DIY35-1412C (x4)

Condenser:

  • Energy Efficient: This 5-zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, can achieve an impressive 20.5 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works in All Environments: Capable of heating even when temperatures drop to 5°F.
  • Lifetime Warranty: For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty.

Air Handler, 12K BTU (Quantity 4):

  • Large Coverage Area: Each handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
  • Versatile: Equipped with multiple operating modes, including COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
  • Easy to Control: Can be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone using the Smart HVAC app.
  • Convenient Installation: Its light and compact design allows for easy installation on most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

Line Set 35 ft. (Quantity 4):

  • Functionality: Connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MRCOOL Air Handlers. For multi-zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required for proper functionality.
