The 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split System is designed for easy installation and efficient climate control of two rooms. This package includes a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, a 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, a 36,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two remotes, and two 35 ft. installation kits. Enhanced with Wi-Fi capabilities, this system allows for flexible installation and convenient control via smartphone.

  • Coverage Area: Effective for up to 375 sq. ft.
  • Operating Modes: COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
  • Control: Can be managed via Apple or Android smartphone using the Smart HVAC app.
  • Installation: Light and compact, installs easily on most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

Air Handler, 36K BTU

  • Coverage Area: Effective for up to 1,500 sq. ft.
  • Operating Modes: COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
  • Control: Can be managed via Apple or Android smartphone using the Smart HVAC app.
  • Installation: Light and compact, installs easily on most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

Line Set, 35 ft.

  • Function: Connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MRCOOL Air Handlers. One line set per indoor unit is required.
  • Pre-Charged: Pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
  • DIY Installation: Allows for installation without a certified technician, reducing costs.
